Warranty for rental and commercial projects
- Cabinets and vanities in rental units, or bought by landlords, leasing companies or other commercial purchasers, carry our 12-month commercial warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
- Homes built or remodeled for owner-occupants are covered by the residential terms on our warranty page.
- Labor, removal and shipping are not covered. The warranty page has the full terms.
- Damage or shortages are reported through the order in the dealer portal, with a photo.

Can you handle multifamily projects?
Yes. Multi-unit projects get phased delivery, with each unit's cabinets packed separately.
What do you need to quote a project?
Floor plans or cabinet elevations, the number of units and unit types, the door color (or "help me choose"), target delivery dates and phases, and the jobsite address.
Which warranty applies to rental units?
Cabinets and vanities in rental units, or bought by landlords, leasing companies or other commercial purchasers, carry our 12-month commercial warranty. Claims are made through the dealer or contractor the cabinets were bought from.

Yes. Cabinets ship fully assembled, with a full 3/4" (18 mm) back that screws straight to the wall.
