Approved dealers see live pricing in the portal as they build each cabinet, with the price updating as sizes, finishes and hardware change. Pricing is shared with approved accounts only.

Most orders are made in 5–7 business days once the deposit or payment is confirmed. The estimated ship date shows on every order.

We build every cabinet to the dimensions on the confirmed order. The dealer or installer confirms the site measurements before the order is placed, and the portal drawings show each cabinet's size so the order can be checked line by line.

Yes. Cabinets ship fully assembled, with a full 3/4" (18 mm) back that screws straight to the wall.

Yes. Multi-unit projects get phased delivery, and each unit's cabinets are packed together so crews can install one apartment at a time. Kitchens, vanities, laundry and closet cabinets come from the same factory in matching finishes.

Floor plans or cabinet elevations for each unit type, the number of units of each type, the door finish, target delivery dates and the jobsite address. We quote from the drawings you send and build to the dimensions you confirm.

Cabinets and vanities installed in rental units, or bought by landlords, leasing companies or other commercial purchasers, carry our 12-month commercial warranty. Labor and shipping are not covered; see the warranty page for the full terms.

Check each delivery against the packing slip and report damage or shortages within 48 hours, with a photo, through the order in the portal, and we send the part.

Indoors, flat, dry and covered, out of direct sunlight, between 50 and 85°F and 30 to 55% relative humidity. Let them sit 24 hours in the room before installing.

A frameless (European-style) cabinet has no face frame on the front of the box. Doors cover the box edges and hinges mount inside the cabinet side, which gives wider openings and a flat, continuous door face.

Yes. Width, height and depth can be changed cabinet by cabinet, so a run can line up with windows, appliances and ceilings. Sizes are built exactly as confirmed on the order.

More than 90 door colors in matte, high-gloss, wood-grain and textured finishes. The same doors run through kitchen, bath, laundry and closet, so one finish can carry through a whole home.

Yes: finger-pull edges, push-to-open doors and drawers, lift-up wall doors, aluminum-frame glass doors and LED grooves routed at the factory (light fixtures supplied separately).
